WATCH: Adele offers to be surrogate mum for couple live on stage
The couple got engaged live on stage
Adele has once again done her best to surprise fans during her world tour but this one may just be the best yet, with a proposal and a lovely offer.
Adele played another sold out arena at her show in Denmark last night where she played Cupid yet again, allowing a couple to get engaged on stage.
However, this engagement wasn’t like the others as this time the ‘Hello’ singer offered to be a surrogate for the happy couple.
The mum-of-one invited Swedish fan, Andre Soderberg, onto the stage with her when he dropped to one knee to pop the question to his boyfriend, Simon Carlsson.
After Simon excitedly agreed, Adele along with the 10,000 strong crowd congratulated the pair.
Adele then offered to help the couple start a family, saying “Should I be your surrogate if you have children? I’d love to have a baby with someone Swedish.”
After the events unfolded, the couple were interviewed by Danish TV where Andre said “It came as a big surprise that we were up on stage. I made the decision on the spur of the moment, I felt the love! Everyone cheered, it was crazy. I have never heard so much noise!”
He then went on to say “I felt like a rock star, and I might think I’m deaf now, but it was the best concert ever.”
Andre also thanked the superstar, saying “She’s wonderful and beautiful and has a great soul. She is incredibly fun a lovely person.”
Of course this isn’t the first proposal to take place at an Adele concert. Back in March when she kicked off the UK leg, Adele encouraged female fan, Hayley, to propose to her boyfriend.
Hayley revealed to Adele that she'd popped the question earlier in the day, but her partner Neil had only said 'maybe'. With the crowd booing, Adele shouted You have to say yes, Oh my God they’re turning.”.
Adele then used the help of the 11,000 strong crowd to conduct the proposal saying “After three everyone say ‘come on Neil’, much to the delight of the crowd.
