Singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor has welcomed her fifth child with husband Richard Jones! The 'Murder On The Dancefloor' hitmaker has given birth to a little boy with husband of 13 years Richard, who is well known for being the bass guitarist in pop band The Feeling.
Revealing she's named her little boy Mickey, Sophie announced the happy news on her Instagram profile with an adorable photo, writing, 'He’s here! Mickey Jones born today weighing 7lb 1oz and he’s absolutely gorgeous. Welcome to our quirky little family, sweet boy. We’re so glad you’re here safe.'
Fans flocked to the comments section to congratulate the couple, who are already parents to sons 14-year-old Sonny, nine-year-old Kit, six-year-old Ray and two-year-old Jesse. One wrote, 'Congratulations to you and Richard on your 5th arrival. What a head of hair Mickey has! Amazing, welcome to the world little man', as another added, 'Many congratulations Sophie, what a beauty he is, welcome to the world Mickey.'
However, other fans were baffled that Sophie had given birth as she'd only been on TV show Sunday Brunch Live the previous day.

She spoke about her pregnancy on the show, revealing that she and Richard have never chosen to find out their baby's gender before, adding, "I love the fact that we have a very busy, eccentric, chaotic family. I love incorporating what Richard and I do into our family life.
"He has been touring with me for the last three or four years now, as well as doing stuff with The Feeling, I've been lucky to have him around... we'll take the baby with us on tour."
Congratulations to the family!
