See RHS Chelsea Flower Show's beautiful tribute to armed forces
It's in the grounds of Royal Hospital Chelsea
A red carpet made from nearly 300,000 handmade poppies has paid tribute to the armed forces at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
The red carpet is at the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea and stretches 21,000sq ft. The Royal Horticultural Society said: “It's captured the hearts and imaginations of people from all over the world."
Australian pair Lynn Berry and Margaret Knight (pictured below) set out to crochet 120 poppies to honour their fathers who fought in World War II. However, a lot of people wanted to get involved so they launched the 5,000 Poppies Project. They've now received more than 250,000 from around the world!
