This week we got off to a great start on Hits Radio Breakfast with Fleur East, Greg and James, as we were joined by Russell Kane. The comedian has been in self-isolation like many of us and revealed how he's been getting through the days.

Admitting he hasn't got dressed for days, Russell said, "When was Tuesday? That was when I last got dressed. It was a real landmark!

"I've stopped shaving, now I just look like Tom Hanks when he befriended that basketball," he continued. The comedian went on to joke he's doing a "quaran-tash, beer gut and nervous breakdown!"

Russell was due to be on tour at the moment, with several dates now postponed until later in the year, he like many people around the country is staying inside. He revealed this is the first time he's spent more than five nights in a row in his current house, because he's often away with work.

Admitting that he's lost the motivation to do 30 minutes of exercise a day, Russell revealed his self-isolation tips to get you through the next few weeks.

"I can't bear exercise, it's the most boring thing" Russell confessed, "So my hack is, instead of working out to music, which is obviously fantastic Fleur... but if you stick a film on Netflix, or something like that in the corner of the room, you don't notice the workout.

"So you might not pump the reps as hard as if you would if you were hitting the 1, 2, 3, 4 (that's how I imagine you work out Fleur), but do you know what I mean? You're improving your mind and your body. And just do two little work outs a day," the actor explained.

Russell also suggested listening to an audio book as you're tidying up the kitchen - your house will soon look, "spick and span".

The comedian, who has had many of his 'The Fast and the Curious' tour dates rescheduled, is looking forward to getting back on tour and revealed that although his current tour would feature the same content as previous dates, the first 20 minutes might be like someone, "putting three packets of Berocca in a Diet Coke." We're looking forward to it!
