There's no denying the fact she's a national treasure, and it sounds like even one of the youngest members of the Royal family is in love with the amazing Mary Berry.

That's right, ahead of A Berry Royal Christmas, Mary Berry's Christmas show with The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tonight (Monday 16th December), proud mum Kate has opened up about one of her youngest son's first words.

Speaking to Mary on the show, Kate revealed that one-year-old Prince Louis learnt how to say the word 'Mary', due to her Mary Berry's cook books being in his sight.

She said, "One of Louis' first words was 'Mary', because right at his height are all my cooking books in the kitchen bookshelf.

"And children are really fascinated by faces, and your faces are all over your cooking books and he would say 'That's Mary Berry'... so he would definitely recognise you if he saw you today."

Adorable! 😍

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who married back in April 2011, join the former Great British Bake Off host for a one-off Christmas special on the BBC, where the Royals prepare and cook festive favourites to give thanks to the people who volunteer their time over Christmas.

Throughout the hour-long episode, Prince William candidly opens up about his own children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, revealing he likes to educate them on issues such as homelessness.

Prince William says, "On the school run... whenever we see someone who is sleeping rough on the street I talk about it and I point it out and I explain.

"And they are all very interested. They are like, 'Why can't they go home?'"
