Comedian Mo Gilligan reveals what makes HIM laugh 😂
We all need a lockdown laugh!
They say laughter is the best medicine, and in strange times like this we all need something to pick up us. So, comedian Mo Gilligan joined us on Hits Radio Breakfast with Fleur East, James and Producer Matt and had us laughing all morning.
Mo, who like most of us has been working from, revealed that at times it is hard to stay motivated, however, he has a few things that are making him laugh at the moment, helping him keep his spirits up.
Named as The Funniest Man in Britain by The Times, Mo admitted that it's the memes that make him laugh, and he can spend ages scrolling through social media looking at them.
"When I'm chilling out and I'm on Twitter or Instagram, I'm looking for my memes..." Mo explained, "That's kind of what makes me laugh at the moment."

He continued, "Recently I've been watching like cringe moments on YouTube. If you haven't seen this, this is such a treat, like people who will go for a high five and miss it and stuff like that.
"The videos are like 20 mins of cringe moments!"
Before the lockdown started, Mo appeared on Celebrity Bake Off, but it turns out he hasn't been keeping up with his baking because he couldn't find any flour! The 32-year-old told us that as soon as the lockdown was announced he went in search of gym equipment, and when he couldn't find any of that, he thought he'd look for flour!
Finally, after some searching he managed to find a huge bag of flour from a local corner shop. When his neighbour saw it, he said, "Ohh, where's that from?"
But, as Mo confessed, he and his neighbours don't really say anything other than, "hi", so it was an unusual conversation!
