What do you buy somebody that already has everything? Well, the 'We Can't Stop' singer most certainly used her imagination and gave Justin a very unique present.
She uploaded a picture morphing her face with Justin’s, and the results were astounding.
Despite not responding directly to Miley's present, Justin took to Twitter to thank fans for the birthday wishes.
