If you've missed the last few episodes of Love Island, allow us to catch you up quickly.

Joanna Chimonides was sent packing from the villa, Michael Griffiths, who she was coupled up, failed to leave with her, his ex Amber Gill confessed her true feelings for the Liverpudlian firefighter and he spectacularly shot her down in scenes that left viewers far from impressed.

And since it's all gone to pot, Danny Williams and Jourdan Riane have revealed how they really think of Michael and whether Amber and Michael are ever going to get back together.

Chatting to Hits Radio's Jordan Lee about the Michael and Joanna situation in the latest episode of Heat's Love Island: Under the Duvet, Jourdan explained, "Michael is my closest guy friend in there, and I'm really upset because Joanna's my best friend in there.

"I'm really hoping that in the next two days, we see him walk. I don't know what he's thinking. There's only two weeks left, and if he genuinely means that he's found what he's looking for he needs to leave."

Danny added, "I think he should have left...I'm trying to think of reasons why he would stay and I'm struggling."

Asked if there's any hope of a Michael and Amber reconciliation, Jourdan said, "Michael and Joanna are a lot stronger than the public see. They're the real deal; which is why she was so hurt that he didn't leave. I genuinely don't see him and Amber getting back together."

"That'd be the biggest shock of this year," confirmed Danny. "I can assure you he isn't interested in Amber at all."

On how the pair feel about Michael's now-infamous chat with Amber, Jourdan said: "He was savage...It was savage. I think he was in the mindset of 'I'm hurt, I'm upset.'

"I think he knows he made the wrong decision in not leaving, but it's almost a little too late. He thinks 'I've now committed to staying, I might as well stay.'"

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.

TOMMY STOLE LUCIE FROM JOE

After surfer girl Lucie coupled up with Joe on the first episode of the series, things seemed to get off to a good start... before Tommy entered hours later.

Tommy chose to couple up with Lucie, stealing her from poor Joe. He said in the Beach Hut, "At the moment the girl I want to pursue is going to be Lucie. She's a surfer, she goes to the gym. Her body is banging. She has beautiful eyes, a beautiful face, beautiful everything."
