It's been over a year since she was crowned the winner of Love Island with her former boyfriend Kem Cetinay, but Amber Davies has certainly been keeping VERY busy in the spotlight. And it looks like Amber's hard work has paid off as she's just announced she's landed her DREAM job!
Stage star Amber, who turned down a role in the West End show Hairspray to appear on Love Island last year, has announced she's landed herself a part in Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5: The Musical. Taking to Instagram to share her news, Amber wrote, 'EKKKKK. Super excited to announce.... being a part of @dollyparton’s 9 to 5 Original West End cast is slightly bizarre 😳 but I can not wait for this next chapter in my life. ✨ dreams come true if you work hard enough 💕 @louiseredknapp @nataliemcqueen @realbrianconley ..We open on the 28th January at the Savoy Theatre, and you can book before anyone else on my priority guestlist: LINK IN BIO. Fans and friends of the reality star were quick to congratulate Amber on her new role. Love Island 2016 star Olivia Buckland wrote, 'SO BLOODY EXCITED! Mega proud! Well done baby girl! X', with Charlotte Crosby adding, 'Amber this is amazing!!! You go girl'.
TOWIE's Lauren Pope then wrote, 'This is AMAZING!! Congrats', with Marcel Somerville writing, 'My G'. sic

Amber, who started musical theatre training from a young age, will join former Eternal singer Louise Redknapp, Natalie McQueen and Brian Conley in the hugely-anticipated musical, which opens at The Savoy Theatre in January 2019.
Meanwhile, Amber isn't the only musically-talented one in her family. Amber's sister Jade Davies has also starred in a number of West End musicals, including Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang .
