Rapper Kanye West has announced that he will be running in the 2024 American presidential election, even after his landslide loss this year.
The 43-year-old told his followers on Twitter that he will be running for president again and said, 'WELP KANYE 2024 🕊', alongside a picture of him in front of an electoral map of the United States.
The dad-of-four to North, seven, Saint, four, Chicago, two, and Psalm, one, has since removed the 'WELP' part of the Tweet.
Kanye was very vocal about the voting process on social media earlier this week and shared snaps of his ballot form, where he had filled in his name as a write-in, as well as photos of him in the polling station.
In a Tweet posted before he had voted, Kanye wrote, 'God is so good 😊 Today I am voting for the first time in my life for the President of the United States, and it's for someone I truly trust... me 🇺🇸 🕊'.
Well, we're sorry to break it to past Kanye but it isn't looking like he's going to be sitting in the oval office any time soon...

Kanye's election loss comes not long after news broke that he had bought wife Kim Kardashian a hologram of her late father for her birthday.
Sharing the hologram over Instagram, Kim wrote, 'Hologram from heaven.
'For my birthday, Kanye got me the most thoughtful gift of a lifetime. A special surprise from heaven. A hologram of my dad. ✨ It is so lifelike and we watched it over and over, filled with lots so tears and emotion.'
The present certainly divided opinion of Kim's fans, with some loving it and others branding it 'creepy'.
