James Arthur will be joining us at Hits Live Liverpool and we can not wait to see him on stage. The singer, who is also on his own tour soon, spoke to Hits Radio's Jordan Lee recently, revealing what he really likes to see at one of his gigs.

James told Jordan that he used to hate phone lights, but now he really likes them, so come fully prepared with a full battery if you're going to see him live. He also revealed that he's not very rock and roll backstage having decaf tea these days!

James album 'YOU' is out now and he told us about the inspiration for his new album, explaining there's a lot of self-reflection. The album is about his fans, so he now encourages them to put their phone lights on, and the production includes mirrors, meaning it's all reflected.
The 'Treehouse' singer also opened up about his Mental Health, saying it's well documented that he's struggled so it's important to, "Step up if you're in the public eye". He went on to explain that although it's hard it's important to talk about it, because it might help someone who is struggling.
James' album 'YOU' is out now and includes his latest single 'Treehouse' which is a collaboration with US superstar rapper Ty Dolla $ign and British rising star Shotty Horroh. And don't forget you can see him live at Hits Live Liverpool.
