Actress Emily Blunt and her husband John Krasinski have announced the arrival of their second child, a baby girl called Violet.
The happy couple announced the news on social media on July 4th and revealed their little girl arrived two weeks ago.
The actor took to Twitter to write ‘What a better way to celebrate the 4th… than to announce our 4th family member!!! 2 weeks ago we met our beautiful daughter Violet, #Happy4th’.
The couple already share two-year-old daughter Hazel after welcoming her back in February 2014.
The Devil’s Wears Prada actress announced to fans she was expecting her second child back in January and recently showed off her growing bump during a promotional tour for her new film The Huntsman: Winter’s War.
Emily and John met in 2008 before marrying in a lavish ceremony in Lake Como back in 2010.

Emily isn’t the first celebrity to call her new arrival Violet, the name is growing in popularity with both Christina Milan and Jennifer Garner also choosing it for their children.
The couple are yet to share any photos of the new arrival but we bet she is a cutie!
