Earlier this month, news broke that Nadia Essex had been 'axed' from Celebs Go Dating after she was reportedly suspended from the show, after being 'caught' setting up fake social media accounts to troll other users. Now, the relationship expert has broken her silence on the matter.
Nadia has now acknowledged that she did create fake Twitter accounts which were used to tweet about cheating allegations against her former co-star Eden Blackman. And, she has also opened up saying that she had hit 'rock bottom' when it happened.
Nadia revealed in a recent interview that she had written the messages after being told not to speak publicly about how Eden 'allegedly' cheated on his girlfriend. She explained, "I felt like I wasn't allowed my freedom of speech and was told not to put out a public statement.

"I was in completely the wrong headspace. I was a mess. I couldn't leave the house because I was terrified people would hurl abuse at me in the street."
Nadia went on to admit, "Looking back on it now, I didn't deal with it in the right way, I know that. I've been called a fat ugly b---h on a daily basis. I've been told to kill myself. I've been told I am the most hated woman in Britain."
Nadia officially resigned from the show on the 14th September, quoting a statement from Jameela Jamil, she posted on Twitter, 'I just cannot stay silent any more. I cant. I don't card if I'm going down - I'm going down in flames. I'm fine not to work in this industry. But I'm not fine to not say something.'
Due to Nadia having now left the series, it is expected that she will only appear in the first few episodes of the new series as they have already been filmed.
