Carly Rae Jepsen has just released her comeback single 'Let's Be Friends' in time for Valentine's Day, but it turns out she isn't exactly a fan of the big day. The singer revealed on Hits Radio that she has the WORST Valentine's Days, despite having been in some good relationships!

"Historically I have the worst Valentine's Days EVER!" Carly explained, "I think a lot of people do. I think the expectation versus the reality is a painful kind of come down.

"And it doesn't matter, even if I've had great boyfriends in the past, who have shown up with the red flowers and I'm just like, you think I'm a red roses type of girl?! There's nothing that they could do right!"

Carly went on to explain that she's, "way more interesting than red roses!" And she doesn't think the day is fair on anyone - guys or girls - because of the expectations.

Going back to the meaning behind her new song, which is all about breaking up, the Canadian singer told Jordan that there's a "lie" when couples break up, which is all about being friends, but the truth is when you break up, "you're never going to see them again!"

"Honesty is the best policy", Carly went on to explain, revealing she has been a bit cheeky in this song.

Carly also revealed that she has a secret wish to be a judge on RuPaul's Drag Race. The TV show used her song 'Cut to the Feeling' and Carly is a BIG fan. When Jordan asked why it hadn't happened already, she replied, "Let's start a campaign!"
