TOWIE star Amy Childs reveals she is expecting twins with sweet post
She's due next spring!
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs has announced that she is expecting twins with her boyfriend Billy Delbosq. The 32-year-old is already a mother to two and is now pregnant with her and Billy's first children together.
The pair have been together since last October, with Amy saying that Billy is "amazing with my children", as he has been a father figure to her four-year-old daughter Polly, and her son Richie Jr, who is two.
On Monday 31st October, the couple shared the lovely news on Instagram, posting a photo of themselves cradling her bump and writing: 'THE NEWS IS FINALLY OUT” When 4 become 6!! 🥰🙊
'We’re both over the moon to announce we’re having.. ‘NOT 1… BUT 2’… WE’RE HAVING TWINS!! Our family is so complete and we’re so excited for the next chapter 🤍'.
Friends and fans were clearly over the moon for the pair, as they took to the comments to share their well wishes. Vicky Pattison wrote: 'Omg! congratulations gorgeous 😍😍😍', with Lauren Goodger saying: 'OMG congratulations wow so happy for you both ! Twins!! 😍 how beautiful xxx'
Amy is now 15 weeks pregnant and speaking to OK! magazine, she talked about the decision to have more children. She said: "I promise you now, I didn’t want any more children. When I met Bill I thought, 'Do you know what, I’ll have one more.' We are so excited – it’s going to be absolutely amazing."
The reality TV star also added how shocked they still are to be having twins, saying: "I feel like I’m still in shock – massively in shock. When they said it was twins, I wish we’d videoed it.
"I went for a few early scans and they told me at eight weeks, 'There’s two sacks and two heartbeats, congratulations.' My face was an absolute picture, like, 'I’m not ready to have a baby – I’m not ready to have twins'."
The babies are due next spring. Congratulations to Amy and Billy!
