Pop star Adele has posted her hilarious reactions to Beyoncé's Coachella performance over the weekend. Beyoncé delighted fans at the American music festival on Saturday night by bringing out her former Destiny's Child band mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams to perform some of their biggest hits, as well as her sister Solange and husband Jay Z.
Adele clearly enjoyed the 'Run The World' singer's performance posting a series of gifs on Instagram. The first gif she posted was of her holding a trumpet and hopping around in front of her TV.
In a second gif uploaded by Adele, she can be seen with her back to the camera, hilariously twerking to Beyoncé.
Then, in the third gif, she can be seen head-banging to the epic performance happening behind her on the TV.
Collectively Adele's posts have had over 14 million views and thousands of comments. Reacting to the trumpet photo one fan commented, 'A queen recognizes another queen', sic whilst another said, '😍😍💙👏🏼Love it'.
One more fan commented on the twerking gif, 'You are the best😍😍💙'.
This isn't the first time that the 'Rolling In The Deep' singer has expressed her love for Beyoncé. Last year after winning the GRAMMY for Song of the Year, Adele said during her acceptance speech, "I can't possibly accept this award. The 'Lemonade' album was just so monumental, Beyoncé. It was so monumental and well thought-out and beautiful and soul-baring... we appreciate that. All of us artists here adore you. You are our light."
She later broke her award to give the other half to Beyoncé.
Coachella was being live-streamed over the weekend, and many had dubbed the show Beychella, as the singer returned to live performances in style! This was the first performance from Beyoncé since the GRAMMYs in 2017 as she had been taking off some time following the birth of her twins Sir and Rumi last year.
During her epic two-hour set Beyoncé surprised the 100,0000 strong crowd with a Destiny's Child medley with Kelly and Michelle who sang their hits 'Lose My Breath', 'Say My Name' and 'Soldier'.
This is the first time since 2015 that the trio have reunited, after the group initially split up in 2006.
