Woman charged after driving erratically on the M62
The 39 year-old was over the legal alcohol limit
A 39-year-old woman has been charged following reports of a vehicle being driven erratically on the M62 eastbound yesterday (Thursday, 7 August) at around 3.25pm.
Sidona Stukanovaite, 39, of St Johns Court, Goole, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle while over the legal alcohol limit.
She appeared at Hull Magistrates Court yesterday (Thursday, 7 August) where she was released on bail until her next appearance on Thursday, 28 August.
It is reported that a member of the public spotted a vehicle being driven erratically on the M62 eastbound. Officers from the Roads Policing Team were immediately deployed and stopped the vehicle and carried out a roadside breath test.
