Injuries sustained in crash near Tickton thought to be life-threatening

An investigation has been launched into the cause of a two vehicle collision near Beverley.
A man and a woman, both in their 60s, suffered serious injuries that are believed to be life-threatening in this morning's crash.
Police were called to the A1035, close to Tickton at around 9.30am.
A 44 year old man was also taken to hospital.
Humberside Police said in a statement: "It is reported the driver of black Volkswagen and the driver of a blue Suzuki were travelling along the A1035 Beverley near Tickton, when it is believed they collided.
"The driver and the passenger of the Suzuki, a 68-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman were taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries which are thought to be life threatening at this time.
"The driver of the Volkswagen, a 44-year-old man was also taken to hospital to treatment for his injuries.
"If anyone witnessed the incident, has CCTV or dashcam from around the time the collision occurred, please contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 106 of 13 February."
