Man dies after A63 slip road crash in South Cave

A man's died after a single vehicle crash on the slip road between the A63 and A1034 in South Cave.

Humberside Police were called to reports of an incident around 3.10 pm yesterday (8th January) of a single vehicle collision.

They say it's understood the car was travelling eastbound along the A63, taking the slip road towards the A1034 in South Cave, where its believed to have collided with a barrier on the A1034 southbound carriageway.

A 59-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, his family are now being supported by specially trained officers.

Police are appealing to speak with witnesses, or anyone who has dashcam footage from the incident.
