Man dies after 5 vehicle crash on M62 in East Yorkshire
The road was shut in both directions for several hours between Howden and North Cave

A man has died after a 5 vehicle crash on the M62 in East Yorkshire.
Emergency services were called to the eastbound carriageway between Junctions 37 for North Cave and 38 for Howden at 4.40 pm to reports of a multi-vehicle crash at around 4.40 pm on Wednesday (26th February).
Humberside Police say they received reports that the drivers of five vehicles including a red DAF truck, white Toyota Yaris, grey Toyota Aygo, grey Peugeot 2008 and a red Kia Nira, are believed to have to have been involved in a collision.
A 62-year-old man, who was driving the Toyota Aygo was pronounced dead at the scene.
His family are being supported by specially trained officers.
We're told a 52-year-old woman was taken to hospital too, for injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
The road was closed in both directions for a number of hours, with the full reopening happening around 2 am (27th February).
Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time of the collision, or has dashcam footage that may assist officers with enquiries to please contact 101 quoting log 296 of 26 February.
