The train drivers' union ASLEF has canceled the planned strike action against Hull Trains for tomorrow (Wednesday 2nd April) which was set to take place for eight weeks from yesterday (Monday 31st march)

The dispute arose after a driver was dismissed for raising concerns about fatigue—an allegation Hull Trains denies. However, ASLEF now says the company is willing to work toward a resolution.

Hull Trains has yet to comment on the development.
