More arrests made after man found with serious injuries in Thurmaston

A man has been left in a critical but stable condition after being found in Thurmaston last Friday night (12 Sept).

Police have arrested a fourth man after an incident in Thurmaston left a man with serious injuries.

Officers were called to Melton Road at around 7pm on Friday (12 Sept) following reports of cars being damaged in the street. It is there they found a man with serious injuries. He was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.

Three men, aged 33, 37, and 53, were arrested and released on bail pending further enquiries.

A fourth man, 26, remains in police custody.

Detectives investigating the incident are urging witnesses to get in touch with Leicestershire Police.
