A man's in a serious condition in hospital following a medical episode in Workington.
He was treated by emergency services in the town for the Uppies & Downies event.
It's a tradition going back hundreds of years - where the town splits down the middle to face each other in an ancient ball match.
The aim of the game is to bring the ball into your half - with a series of three matches played in the Easter period.
Police have already issued warnings after reports of anti-social behaviour during the first event on Good Friday.
The final match is being played on Saturday.
