77-year-old June Miles of Friary Road, Atherstone, was charged today (Monday 17 March) with:
Being the owner/person in charge of dog dangerously out of control causing injury, relating to a serious dog bite suffered by Wendy Harrington at a house in Packington Lane, Meriden, on 24 November 2023
Committing an act/series of acts with intent to pervert the course of public justice, in connection with the death of Anthony Harrington at the same address on 25 November 2023
She will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on 25 April 2025.
