West Midlands Police have charged two men with attempted murder following a stabbing in Coventry earlier this month.
Officers investigating the stabbing, on 5 January, have charged Horeb Mayukua and Leonard Hunte with attempted murder and possession of a blade.
This is after a man was found injured in Stoney Stanton Road shortly after 4pm.
He was taken to hospital, though his injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
Mayukua, 21 and Hunte, 18, appeared before magistrates in Coventry on 18 January and have been remanded in custody before their next hearing, which is at Leamington Crown Court on 14 February.
Detective Inspector Sherrie Kimberley, from Coventry LPA, said: "I'd like to thank everyone who came forward with information following our appeal for witnesses.
"This was a shocking incident which will have alarmed many people.
"Violence has no place on the streets of Coventry and we will continue to do all we can to keep people safe in our city."
