Trial date set for pair accused of murdering baby in Rugby
It happened last month.
A man and woman from Rugby accused of murdering their one year old baby have denied the charge.
The pair - who can't be named due to a reporting restriction - appeared at Warwick Crown Court today.
It was last month when the baby suffered a cardiac arrest and was taken to hospital but sadly died.
A trial date's been set for the 12th January 2026.
