Investigation launched after man attacked by machete in Coventry

West Midlands Police are investigating after a man was seriously injured in Coventry.
Officers were called to William McKee Close shortly after 11am yesterday to a report of a man being attacked with a machete.
Officers attended and the man was taken to hospital with serious arm injuries.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who was in the area yesterday is asked to get in touch with police if you have any information.
