Coventry City pay tribute after 12-year-old killed in hit and run

Coventry City are among those paying tributes to a 12-year-old boy killed in a hit and run.
Keaton Slater died on Radford Road in the city a short time after being hit by a car on Friday afternoon (14 June).
In a tribute on their website, Coventry City say:
"Coventry City are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic death of young supporter Keaton Slater.
"The Sky Blues will liaise with Keaton’s family to support them, and to help them to remember and to pay tribute to Keaton."
Keaton's family have also paid tribute to a boy that was "so beautiful inside and out."
West Midlands Police say they're continuing to trace the driver of a black BMW that was involved in the collision - and have re-issued an appeal for information.
21-year-old Dolars Aleksanders is wanted in relation to what happened.
Superintendent Paul Joyce said: "We are determined to do everything we can to achieve justice for Keaton and his family.
"We are asking everyone to think about what this would be like if it happened to your family and do the right thing and tell us what you know.
"Keaton was a young boy enjoying his life. As a football fan, he would no doubt have enjoyed cheering on England last night, but for his life to be cruelly taken away like this is heartbreaking.
"Keaton's family are being supported by specialist officers and we would ask their privacy be respected at this most tragic time."
Floral tributes have been appearing on Radford Road - with written sentiments accompanying them.
On one bouquet of flowers, it reads: "You will be truly missed by all who knew you. You will forever be in our hearts and thoughts."
