Appeal for witnesses after assault in Rugby
It happened last month.
On 22 October at just before 9pm, officers were called to reports of an assault with a weapon near Parkfield Road.
A group of approximately five males, some who had arrived in a black estate car, reportedly assaulted the victim (a male in his 20s) before dispersing in the directions of Newbold Road and Meadow Road.
The victim sustained injuries requiring medical attention from ambulance services.
Police are urging anyone who saw anything or has dashcam or doorbell footage to come forwards.
