A series of burglaries in West Cornwall are being treated as linked by police.

Seven incidents have been reported between Thursday last week (3rd April) and Monday (7th April).

Three cases were in Camborne - on Weeth Road, Meadow Drive and Holman Avenue; two more in Redruth - both on The Paddock; and two in Newquay - at Penhallow Road and Well Way.

It's alleged entry's been forced to residential properties in similar circumstances, with the addresses searched and items including cash taken.

There's an appeal for anyone with information about any of the incidents to come forward and speak to police.

Officers especially want to hear from people who noticed suspicious activity, or have home CCTV, doorbell camera or dashcam footage that could help with enquiries.

You can contact Devon and Cornwall Police on 101, quoting reference number 50250084682, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
