Man arrested after armed police search in Threemilestone
A man's been arrested on suspicion of affray and assault
A man's been arrested on suspicion of assault and affray after reports of a person with a weapon in Threemilestone.
Police were called at 5.55pm on Monday 9 September following a report of concern for a man who was thought to be in possession of a possible weapon.
Firearms units, response officers and the police helicopter deployed to carry out a search of the area.
He was located a short time later at Royal Cornwall Hospital.
A 26-year-old man from Truro has been arrested on suspicion of assault and affray.
