Local road closures in place after serious crash on A30
One person is reported to be in a serious condition
Police are at the scene of a serious crash involving two vehicles on the A30 in Cornwall.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Chyandour, Penzance at around 6.55am today (Friday 2 August).
Devon and Cornwall Police say one person is reported to be in a serious condition.
Local road closures have been put in place and are expected to remain for some time.
Traffic monitoring service INRIX says: "A30 Eastern Green in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to accident from Polmeere Road to Jelbert Way (Branwell Lane roundabout)."
