Third teenager charged over the murder of Mikey Roynon in Bath

The 15-year-old was arrested on Sunday evening

A third teenager has now been charged in connection with the murder of 16-year-old Mikey Roynon.

He died from a single stab wound at a property on Eastfield Avenue in Bath on June 10.

This evening (October 24), it's been confirmed a 15-year-old boy from Wiltshire, who was arrested on Sunday, has been charged in connection with his murder (joint enterprise).

The 15-year-old is currently in police custody, pending an appearance at Bristol Youth Court tomorrow (October 25).

The two other boys already charged – a 15-year-old from Dorset and a 16 year-old from Wiltshire – are next due to appear at Bristol Crown Court on 7 November.

They are also charged with possessing an offensive weapon.

Avon and Somerset Police say their Major Crime Investigation Team continue to carry out enquires and are still keen to hear from anyone who might be able to help their investigation.
