After eight years, locals this week opened the £7 million East Quay development in Watchet, which boasts events, artist, and education spaces as well as a restaurant and local producers’ shop.

Onion Collective Director Georgie Grant says towns from across the UK are now looking to follow their example - and they've had lots of interest.

The project has been funded by a number of sources including the Government's Coastal Communities Fund, which aims to support regeneration.
