Man dies after falling from building in Bristol
A woman in her 30s has been released under investigation after she was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm
A man who fell from a building in Bristol's city centre has died in hospital.
The 29-year-old suffered serious injuries after the incident on Broad Street on Saturday evening (21/9) and police are currently treating his death as unexplained.
Avon and Somerset Police have released the following statement:
“A 29-year-old man who suffered serious injuries following a fall from height in Broad Street, Bristol, on Saturday evening has sadly died in hospital.
“The man’s next of kin have been updated and our thoughts are with them at this extremely difficult time.
“Our enquiries are continuing and his death is currently being treated as unexplained.
“A woman in her thirties, previously arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm, remains released under investigation.”
