Two arrested after Hartcliffe stabbing

A man is in a potentially life-changing condition, after a stabbing in Bristol.

Two people have been arrested, following the incident.

Police say a man, who is in his 30s, was found in Woodmead Gardens in Hartcliffe around 10 pm last night (31/05).

He was found by patrolling officers, who began first aid.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm at 10.20 pm.

An hour later, at 11.30 pm, police then arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of attempted murder.

Police say a cordon will remain in place on Woodmead Gardens.

There will also be an increased police presence, whilst investigations continue.
