Man hit by bus in Bristol
It happened at around 8:30 this morning on Stapleton Road.
A man has been taken to hospital, but it's thought his injuries are not life-threatening.
Stapleton Road is now back open following the incident.
Avon and Somerset Police have released the following statement:
"We were contacted by the ambulance service at 8.33am this morning following a collision between a pedestrian and a bus in Stapleton Road, Bristol.
A man has been taken to hospital with injuries that are not thought to be life-threatening.
The road was shut until lunchtime while emergency services were at the scene.
Any witnesses who haven’t spoken to police yet are asked to call 101 and give the call-handler reference number 5222104005."
