Man to appear in court over Weymouth indecent exposure
A man and a child were targeted in February
A man's due to appear in court later this week (Friday 26th April) for two offences of outraging public decency.
It's in connection with an incident in Leamington Road at the end of February.
A man in his 30s and a child were approached by another man who then exposed himself.
The victim and the man became involved in an altercation before they left the area.
A 36 year old Weymouth man attended a voluntary police interview, following enquiries by officers.
He's now been given a postal requisition order, to attend the town's Magistrates Court.
