Man suffers arm injuries during Bournemouth assault

An 18 year old man's been arrested on suspicion of GBH

A man in his 40s has suffered cuts to his thumb, finger and arm during an assault in Bournemouth.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment following an incident on Northcote Road at around 5.30am on Saturday (30th November).

An 18 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of inflicting GBH with intent.

He's since been released on bail while further investigations are carried out.

Detective Inspector Darren Moores, of BCP CID, said:

“Our enquiries are continuing into this incident and I would ask anyone who may have seen what happened to please get in touch.

“I am also keen to speak with any residents with home CCTV or anyone who was driving in the area and may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
