Police in Bournemouth are investigating a theft from a busy hotel - sharing a CCTV picture of a man they'd like to trace.

A man's reported to have gone into the deliveries entrance at the Royal Exeter Hotel on Exeter Road at around 4.10pm on Monday 3rd April.

It's alleged he went into the storage area, and filled his backpack and a box with items worth around £1,250.

Dorset Police say their enquiries have been ongoing, and they can now give us the image.

Police Community Support Investigator Rachael Buller, of Dorset Police, said:

“During my enquiries I have been able to obtain a CCTV image of a man I wish to identify.

“I am hoping that somebody recognises him and can assist us in trying to identify him.”
