A second man has been charged after Tomasz Samel was kidnapped from his Handsworth home and killed.
A second man has been charged after a man was kidnapped from his Handsworth home and killed.
Tomasz Samel, 45, was taken from his home on Raleigh Close in a white van at around 8:45am on 27 March 2019.
He was found in Bickerstaffe, Lancashire, when he banged on the door of a property at around 10:45pm that day to get help.
He had suffered 75% burns and taken to hospital. He died in the specialist burns unit in Liverpool on 21 June.
Kye Arthur, 34, was arrested in the Bristol area on Thursday morning (9 Oct) and has since been charged with murder, conspiracy to cause GBH with intent, conspiracy to kidnap, and false imprisonment.
He is due at Birmingham Magistrates Court today.
