A man has been charged with causing death by careless driving after a collision in Walsall.
Jose Sanchez-Rodriguez, 58, was charged after a fatal collision on the M6 near Walsall earlier this week.
Sanchez-Rodriguez was remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (8 October).
The investigation into the collision continues, and officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are keen to speak to anyone who saw what happened.
The team would especially like to hear from anyone who has dashcam footage from the scene.
