Police have charged a man following an incident in Birmingham this weekend.

Hieu Van Nguyen, 32, was charged after he was arrested on Saturday in Kingstanding.

Nguyen has been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm, three of attempted grievous bodily harm and one count of possessing a bladed article in a public place.

He is due to appear before magistrates in Birmingham today (24 March).

Police are continuing to appeal for information to help with their enquiries.

A potential fifth victim has been identified who officers would like to speak to.

Police say they appreciate this is not the clearest image, but they're hoping someone who knows the man may be able to put him in touch with Officers so that they can make sure he is okay.
