Man arrested after attempted abductions in Coseley
Two girls were approached on Sunday night
Police say a suspect is in custody today following the attempted abduction of two teenage girls in the Coseley area yesterday evening (Sunday).
Both girls told police they'd been approached separately and asked to get into a car but neither did and instead reported what had happened to police.
Officers were alerted to the incidents and at around 8.30pm last night officers in Birmingham city centre spotted a suspect who they detained.
A man in his 30s arrested on suspicion of attempted abduction remains in police custody today as investigations continue.
