Fourth man jailed after murder in Ladypool

A fourth man has been jailed after a 26-year-old was fatally stabbed in Ladypool.
Mohamed Bashir was found with a fatal stab wound in Shyltons Croft in April 2021.
Yesterday (14th May) Adil Iqbal was jailed for 8 years for Mohamed Bashir's manslaughter.
The 27-year-old was amongst a gang who pursued Mohamed and then attacked him.
Iqbal fled the country shortly after the killing and was detained when he returned to the UK last November.
Three other men have already been jailed for almost 30 years combined after previously admitting manslaughter.
Police say they believe others are involved and are continuing to investigate.
