Rutland food bank has expressed its disappointment over the Government's decision not to extend free school meal vouchers over the winter holidays.

The vouchers were extended for the summer holidays following a campaign by the footballer Marcus Rashford.

Boris Johnson has faced criticism for not doing so again.
