Despite hitting the big screen way back in 2006, The Devil Wears Prada has continued to be one of the most popular chick flicks on the planet, with most fans knowing the iconic lines word for word.

The movie, which starred the likes of Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Meryl Streep, never did get a sequel, mostly due to the appetite of the cast, but it's something fans have been crying out for over the last 19 years, and now it's FINALLY happening, with Lady Gaga now believed to be joining the cast.

As fans tuck in to the newly-released teaser trailer AND prepare for its May 2026 release, here's everything there is to know about the upcoming sequel...

If Lady Gaga is to appear in the highly-anticipated sequel, this would add to the string of acting appearances she's done over recent years, including her appearance as Harley Quinn in Joker: Folie à Deux and a cameo appearance in the Netflix hit Wednesday, for which she also provided the song 'Dead Dance'.
