The Pet Shop Boys' Annually 2026 has now arrived

Every year the Pet Shop Boys release a book called Annually, which features a selection of letters from fans, that are answered by Chris and Neil. Now the 2026 edition of the book has arrived and, as expected, it looks amazing.
Annually 2026 was released on 16th April, preceded by the new book Volume, which is an updated version of their 2006 book, and features a comprehensive visual record of the band between 1984 and 2004.
In the week Annually went on sale, the band shared a photo of all the editions of the book from 2017 up to the present day, side on, writing: 'The 2026 issue of "Annually" is shipping this week to all who have pre-ordered it. It is the tenth issue of the book which every year explores PSB’s recent activities and dives into their history. You can still order a copy from our online store.'
How did they announce Annually 2026?
Back in November 2025, the Pet Shop Boys took to social media to ask their fans for their input, they wrote: 'We are starting work on the 2026 edition of “Annually”, which, as every year, will include a selection of your letters answered by Chris and Neil. So if you have a question for them, email it to [email protected] with “Annually letters” in the subject line by next Wednesday, 26th November (Alternatively, you can leave a question in the comments below). Details on how to pre-order your copy of "Annually" 2026 will be revealed here soon.'
In response to their call for questions, fans left some, with one asking: 'Can we expect a new album in 2026? 2027?'
Another said: 'Following on from the excellent Imagine documentary, in which you shared your earliest demo tapes, would you ever consider doing a documentary/ dramatisation, based on your lives before PSB, leading up to your serendipitous meeting on the Kings Road, your early inspirations and realisation of a new life…'
A third fan asked: 'Dear Neil and Chris, what is the top 3 of your songs that should have been a single? 🎶'.
