Welsh reality star Glyn Wise shot to fame way back in 2006 when he appeared on popular show Big Brother, when it really was in its peak of viewing figures. But now, a massive 14 years on, he looks totally unrecognisable.

As Davina McCall and Rylan Clark-Neal host Big Brother: Best Shows Ever on E4 right now, to celebrate the show's 20th anniversary, a number of the show's former contestants have been opening up about their time in the BB house.

Glyn, who was just 18 when he appeared on the show, replied to a tweet from host Davina, who told her followers, 'I have to say @GlynWise has had a glow up #bbuk'. (sic)

The now 32-year-old said, 'Thanks Davina, always been kind! Thanks for everything, I'm 32 now mind. We really need to get the show back on our screens! I loved every second of it!'. (sic)

Glyn left his followers in shock earlier this week when he posted a snap of himself on Instagram to promote the Big Brother anniversary special. Cooking in his kitchen, Glyn told fans, 'Well... The amount of times I've sang "I'm cooking an egg..." this week has been crazy. Loving the fact that @bbuk is back on our screens tonight at 9pm on #e4'. (sic)

And back in March, Glyn showed off his transformation in full, sharing a side-by-side photo of himself from now and 14 years ago.

He told fans, '#14 years difference. Our bodies will change but our personalities wont. I'm still mad. However, I do wonder how fat I'll become over the quarantine period. #older #wiser #body #man #boy #grow #growup #madness #time'. (sic)

Fans of Big Brother were quick to comment on the snap, expressing their shock at his transformation.

One fan wrote, 'Age has served you well Glyn! 👌🏼', with another writing, 'You look so different!' (sic)
