Love Island fans think they've worked out why Jay's head has turned from Ekin-Su

Last night (Tuesday 21st) saw a shocking dumping on Love Island, which resulted in Ikenna Ekwonna and Amber Beckford being sent home from the villa. The episode also teased bombshell Antigoni Buxton's dramatic entrance into the villa tonight, but that's not the only thing that got fans of the show talking.
The dumping also saw Jay Younger, Andrew Le Page, Tasha Ghouri and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu in the bottom three boys and girls of the public vote. Although they didn't get sent home, it definitely shook things up for the Islanders.
Afterwards, Ekin-Su declared that if Jay had been sent home she would have left too and she asked if he would do the same if it was the other way around. He seemed to dodge the question and throughout the episode he seemed a bit uncertain about his relationship with Ekin.
Jay told Gemma Owen he suspected former couple Ekin-Su and Davide Sanclimenti had "unfinished business" and he also planted a kiss on Paige Thorne during the challenge the next day, leaving fans thinking the couple is on shaky ground.
Luca also got involved in fuelling the fire by asking if there was anything unresolved between Ekin-Su and Davide. He asked: "Has the f---ing ship left the harbour?" to which Ekin-Su replied: "No".
After the episode aired, fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
Some people think being in the bottom three in the public vote left Jay worried about being in a couple with Ekin-Su and looking for a way out, with several people calling him 'tactical'.
Some viewers were looking into Jay's chat with Davide, where he asked if there was anything left between the pair, saying it was Jay trying to get Davide to take Ekin-Su back.
Fans seem to have been in support of Davide after Ekin-Su snuck off to kiss Jay while still in a couple with Davide last week, and joked about Davide being pleased if the new relationship didn't work out.
With new girl Antigoni entering the villa, who knows what will happen to the current couples, but some people suspect Jay will be keen to get to know her.
Whatever happens next for Jay and Ekin-Su, the new bombshell will surely shake things up.
One Twitter user even shared their wild theory that Jay was a Love Island producer!
